Easy Homemade Aioli

To save time on busy days, I do a “cheat” version of homemade Aioli with Hellmann’s Mayonaise that takes just 5 minutes to make. Serve it as a side dressing or dip to burgers, steaks, fish, fresh or grilled vegetables or….anything!!

  • Mini-foodprocessor

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Mayonaise Hellman's is my favorite
  • 1 small garlic clove, peeled
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • tsp dijon mustard

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients into your mini-foodprocessor and pulse until smooth. That's it!
