  • Blender


  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ tbsp powdered erythritol (I use Sukrin)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 10 drops liquid stevia
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract


  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour up in a tall glass and enjoy!
