  • Small loaf pan

  • 1.5 Cup Rice Flour
  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Tapioca Flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 1 tbsp Quick rise yeast
  • 2 tbsp Dried Basil
  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 Cup Water Warm, but not hot, to stir yeast and sugar into until blended

  • Mix all dry ingredients in mixing bowl; except yeast and brown sugar. Set aside
  • Add yeast and brown sugar to warm water. Not hot or it kills the yeast! Stir until blended and yeast starts to activate, bubbling on surface.
  • Add melted butter, eggs, and yeast mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Spread parchment paper into greased loaf pan or best to use a silicone loaf pan form as prevents sticking.
  • Spread batter evenly, it's quite thick, into lined pan or silicone baking pan. Brush with butter.
  • Bake in pre-heated 375 degree oven for 25- 30 minutes depending on oven, until golden brown on top and knife pulls clean in the middle.
