Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 medium cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch of parsley (a handful)
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients into the mini-foodprocessor or blender. Blend until smooth.
