Lemon Garlic Parsley Marinade

- Mini-foodprocessor (or blender)
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 2 medium cloves garlic
- 1 bunch of parsley (a handful)
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into the mini-foodprocessor or blender. Blend until smooth.
