Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz. tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ¼ cups water
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • cup Brown Erythritol
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder (or more if you want it spicy)
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • Whisk all ingredients for the sauce together in a small saucepan. Bring up to a boil while whisking. Turn heat down to medium low and simmer 45 min. – 1 hour until thickened. Makes about 2 cups of sauce. Keeps covered in refrigerator for one week.
