Keto Coleslaw

I grew up with coleslaw and it’s still one of my favorite summer salads to serve when we have barbeques. Try any kind of cabbage in this recipe. I love to use a combination of green kale, red cabbage and white cabbage. Here, without the sugar, just creamy and delicious.

Creamy low-carb coleslaw for summer barbeques

  • Mini-foodprocessor



  • 5 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 carrots shredded


  • 1 small onion minced
  • 1 tbsp. powdered erythritol
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup mayonaise
  • 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • ½ tsp. white pepper


  • Combine the cabbage and carrot in a salad bowl
  • Combine all dressing ingredients in the mini-foodprocessor or blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss until coated.
  • Let rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
