I discovered this dill sauce when I moved to Denmark. Its the perfect blend of sweet, sour and spicy, served with smoked salmon or other fish. I do a sugar-free version here to watch the carbs, but you can use regular brown sugar in this recipe.
- 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp Brown Erythritol
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill chopped
- 1 pinch sea salt
- ground pepper (to taste)
- Whisk all ingredients for the sauce together in a small bowl. taste and add more salt or sugar as you like.
