Dill Sauce

I discovered this dill sauce when I moved to Denmark. Its the perfect blend of sweet, sour and spicy, served with smoked salmon or other fish. I do a sugar-free version here to watch the carbs, but you can use regular brown sugar in this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp Brown Erythritol
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill chopped
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • ground pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Whisk all ingredients for the sauce together in a small bowl. taste and add more salt or sugar as you like.
  • Taste and add more salt or sugar as you like.
