Greek Frappé

I have travelled to Greece so many times in the summer and loved the beaches, sun and most of all…. the food! This year, no travelling this year because of the Coronavirus ?, but I can still make my favorite Greek coffee drink, the frappé. While the Greeks put a lot of sugar into their frappés, I do a sugar-free version to keep my carbs down. Delicious and refreshing, a perfect summer drink!

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tsp. instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp Brown Erythritol (I use Sukrin)
  • ¾ cup water
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 ½ cups ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and foamy.
  • Pour up in a tall glass and enjoy!
